Yoga

I came to yoga searching for relief from chronic lower back pain (partially due to thousands of pages of translation and writing) and other ailments in 2000, but the path of yoga took me way beyond pain management. I have studied and practiced with various teachers in California, Michigan (Inward Bound), and New York (Integral Yoga Institute and Kripalu), and recently completed a yoga teachers’ training course at the School for Integrative Yoga in Jerusalem. I have been teaching yoga to various small groups of adults and children in Yiddish and English in Jerusalem since 2012. I also taught yoga in Yiddish at Yiddish Vokh near Baltimore three times, and was recently interviewed on the Video Channel of the פֿאָרװערטס about my experience there. Currently I teach two yoga classes in Yiddish, one for women only and one for men and women in Jerusalem, and I am available to offer one more class for a small group of adults and/or children, in Yiddish or English. Please contact me for further details and to schedule a trial class.
